Fusion Business Solutions, a consulting company based in Adelaide, has won a project to assist Aston Martin release the new Vantage sports car in China.

Fusion Business Solution’s global consulting partner, RTS International, already supplies training and consulting solutions to Aston Martin in Europe.

In this joint-venture, Fusion Business Solution will tailor and deliver sales & product training to all Aston Martin dealer staff in China. Marc Brien, Managing Director of Fusion, says “the exciting part is not just being involved with one of the world’s iconic brands, but the opportunity for the project to be extended to other markets in Asia.”

A qualified technician by training, Matthew developed his automotive career in the UK – first in Service Management, then moved into Sales and Sales Management before joining Half-a-Car. He moved to Australia in the early 1990’s and spent the next 10-12 years in automotive consulting.

He has worked in senior management roles in the past 4 or 5 years in large dealer groups in Sydney, including his most recent role as Dealer Principal.

Matthew will manage the growing consulting team in NSW and focus on Management training, Finance and Insurance coaching and After-Sales consulting.

Fusion Business Solutions launched into full CSI measurement for Manufacturers and Dealers in 2010 with a unique on line system called “CSI Accelerator”. The CSI Accelerator system is designed to not only measure CSI but to drive change and increase customer retention through this innovative approach.
