Marc has had over twenty years experience in retail, manufacturing and financial services. This has included management and director level occupations. His career includes time with Ford Motor Company, Ford Credit (UK), a major retail auto groups in Sydney and , for ten years, General Sales Manager & Director, of one of South Australia’s largest and most successful automotive dealerships.

Alan Thomas Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training
Director
Alan has had more than thirty years experience in the motor industry in Australia, including three and a half in the UK with one of the largest multi franchise dealer networks as Dealer Principal. Alan’s experience is wide from New and Used Car Sales and Management, Finance and Insurance, total Dealership Admin and Accounting, Parts and Services Management, General Manager and Dealer Principal.

Robert Katern BA, Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training
Robert has had extensive automotive retail experience and become one of Australia’s leading product and sales trainers. His clients include many of Australia’s major brands. He has been responsible for the development and implementation of our New Apprenticeship Training Program, which has been expanded from our base in South Australia to all over Australia.

Edward Fang,
After graduating from University, Edward began his career in engineering, and progressed to sales and sales support for a global automotive consulting company. He quickly moved into sale, product and management training for two international training organisations.
With over eight years in sales training in the automotive industry in China, Edward has had substantial experience in the roles of training coordinator, trainer, master trainer, SME(subject matter expert) and team leader.
Edward joined Fusion Business Solutions in July 2006.
