The competitive business world requires supervisors, managers and leaders to have a range of skills in order to be successful. If you are wishing to become a supervisor or manager, this program will provide you with a range of skills to get your career off to a great start. If you are an experienced manager, this program will top-up your skills and knowledge and give you recognition for your existing experience. Either way, this program will help you become a more competitive leader.

• This program gives participants the skills and knowledge to be successful leading and managing staff.
• The program will cover topics such as Building Teamwork, Time Management, Implementing Continuous Improvement Systems, Building a Strong Work Culture and Environment, Customer Relationship Management, and Planning.

• Training consists of approximately one session every second month, of either half-a-day or full-day duration.
• Participants attend at least 80% of all training sessions and must complete all assignments, work-based projects and research papers.
• Our training staff are able to provide you with additional assistance, either telephone support, workplace visits or one-on-one tutoring.
• This program can be eligible for Government Rebates when it is structured as a traineeship. Up to $4000 is available from Federal Government incentives for employers. Payroll Tax Rebates are also available.
